Windows 11 24H2 Known Issues & Fixes – December 2025 Update

Even in late 2025, Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.xxxx) still has several stubborn bugs affecting daily use. Below is the most up-to-date list + confirmed fixes.

1. Printer/Scanner Connection Issues (Brother, Canon, Epson)

Microsoft finally pushed a permanent fix in KB5044380 (Nov 2025). If still broken → manual driver reinstall.

2. NVMe SSD Slowdown (Samsung 990 Pro, WD Black)

Fixed in December 2025 optional update KB5046613.

3. BitLocker Recovery Screen Loop

Skip with Shift+F10 → manage-bde -unlock C: -RecoveryPassword YOUR-48-DIGIT-KEY

4. Game Stuttering / High DPC Latency on AMD Ryzen 9000

Install AMD Chipset Driver 6.12.10.157 or newer.
